The Social Byrd is versatile and can accommodate various types of events including Bridal and Baby Showers, Engagement and Birthday Parties, Graduations,
Retirement Parties, Repast, Corporate Events, and more!
The Social Byrd can accommodate 100 guest comfortably in our venue, with room for tables, decor, food & desert stations.
Depending on your package selection the minimum time frame is 4 hours. This includes 2 hours for set up and take down.
All personal, decorative and trash must be removed by the end of your rental time. Our staff will handle tables, chairs, and linen clean up.
Catering from outside vendors are welcome. You will also have access to our preferred vendors list for recommendations.
Of Course! You're welcome to bring any outside decor to liven up your event. You will also have access to our preferred decorators.
Alcohol is NOT offered by The Social Byrd. If you are wanting to incorporate alcohol into your event it must be rendered at your own expense and
you will be charges a $275 security fee.
Personal DJs are welcome and must provider their own equipment. Our venue has additional speakers that can be utilized for an additional fee.
We require 50% of the venue rental price, a card on file and a signed rental contract to book a date. We do not hold dates until the contract is signed and
the full 50% deposit is received. Deposits are NON - REFUNDABLE.
All tours are by appointment only. Please call or scheduled your tour online. Keep in mind that tours may be difficult to book on weekends due to events taking place.
